Unsettled weather continues in  the region with morning showers going way to some clearing. But later this afternoon and evening, more showers will be firing up, and the threat of scattered showers and thunder will be around through the holiday weekend.



During next week, the weather may settle down, a bit, but even through the middle of the week, some thunder will be nearby.

OVERNIGHT: Scattered showers and thundershowers. Lows in the 60s.
